Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information included.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States (Standard Shipping): 3-7 business days
  • United States' (Expedited Shipping): 2-4 business days
  • International Orders:7-21 business days (delivery times may vary depending on location and customs delays)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after your package has been shipped

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • VACA CULTURE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as "Delivered."
  • If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number.

International Shipping(including Mexico): 

  • We currently ship to the United States and Mexico. International Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
  • Delivery times vary: USPS First- class International may take 2-4 weeks and offers limited tracking, while USPS Priority Mail International generally delivers in 6-10 business days. Please note these are estimates and actual times may vary due to customs processing.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays, refused packages,or additional fees charged upon delivery.
